We are located in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast 80km north of Brisbane, Australia.

The earlier the better! We have very limited spots available. We recommend booking at least 2 months in advance. For a maternity photoshoot, book as early as 20 weeks. That will give us time to prepare the photoshoot from both ends, yours and ours. For a self-love experience at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance.

Yes, we keep the pool around 33 degrees, but we can arrange it to as warm as you like. Your well-being comes first and we don't want you to leave.

Whatever your comfort level is in the water, we’ll elaborate on each step with you and assure you will feel very comfortable. Throughout the years we photographed many non-swimmers, and we have to say they created some of our best portraits. So what is your excuse now?

You need to dedicate to dedicate a day for your photoshoot. We start at 8 am for your make-up . Usually photoshoot starts at 9 and will shoot for approximately 2 hours. Before leaving our studio around 12ish, we will decide of a date for you to come back to your reveal sessions.

Our Underwater Portrait Sessions are weekdays: Mondays and Fridays.

We do have a range of dresses for our pregnant muses which we use as well in some of our self-love session. These are 8 metres fabrics dresses that look absolutely divine underwater. Our range includes white, gold, coral pink, Fuschia, red and teal. However we encourage you to bring your own as well.

Our most popular question! Brings a minimum of 3 to 4 different outfits. Bring what you feel beautiful and empowered in: a bodysuit, a robe, a two pieces lingerie, a floaty dress... Once you booked your session, we'll help you with everything.

Everything you think demanded to be part of your memories and could be the critical, tiny details which you don't want to miss in 20 years. This comprises jewellery, headbands and any other accessory you think could serve.

Our pool is half salt and half chlorine, perfectly balanced and hasn’t degraded any clothes in the past. We will rinse your clothes right away following our shoot so they’ll be clean and dry when you’ll leave us.

The mood and tone of your artwork depending on the preference of background you’ll make. There is the option of a lighter tone or a darker tone set by a white or black background. We'll explore more in our conversations towards the shoot.

This service is covered, and our Make Up Artist is the amazing Valentina Pintus. She is a professional Makeup Artist based on the Sunshine Coast. She graduated with the highest score at the Professional Make Up Academy in Rome, Italy and has been working ever since in the beauty and fashion industry. She has been doing makeup for Milan Fashion Week and Elite Models Italy. Her work has been published and featured in many Fashion Magazine such as ELLE, Glamour and Vogue.

After the photoshoot around 12ish, we'll decide on a date for your photo reveal. Then you treat yourself to a beautiful lunch on the esplanade while I will start working and culling on your photos.

We offer premium quality albums from Italy and collections of wall arts.

Be prepared to fall in love with all the photos from your session! Yes, we are that good! :) Our muses have a hard time choosing their favorites... and want them all. Our clients tend to spend an average of $3500 for their session and their product of choice.

Every experience and artwork is tailored to your individual desires and your home decor. We quote every person individually through the phone only.

We ask you to pay for your order when it is placed at your design consultation. All our work is guaranteed, so there is no risk at Memoirs of a Muse.

We offer two fast, simple payment plans. PayRight: PayRight Zero Interest Payments is based on Quick, Easy and affordable payment plans offered to customers by Memoirs of a Muse, with Zero Interest. PayRight is ‘Always Interest-Free’ which makes your plan affordable. Payright does, however, have an establishment fee of up to $59.95, a monthly account keeping fee of $3.50 and a payment processing fee of $2.95. You apply for PayRight online at the end of your design consultation. Memoirs of a Muse will ask you for some details relating to your purchase and process commence the application on your behalf. Applications are completed at Memoirs of a Muse and sent to you to complete them yourself on your smartphone. The applications take a couple of minutes to complete, and you are provided with an instant decision. The Artwork will be delivered after production is complete. Alternatively, you can use our individual designed flexible PaySmart System which is a simple direct debit payment arrangement that allows Australian and New Zealand businesses to collect and manage subscription or periodical payments. The Artwork will be delivered and only after full payment is made if you choose this payment plan option.

After your design consultation, we will keep your non-selected photographs for 6 months. Only ordered pictures will be kept in our archive.

Straight after FULL payment is made, we will start the processing process. Each order varies, depending on the amount and complexity of the photos you ordered. However, we triy our best to deliver in with the 4 weeks mark. It could be 1 or two weeks over depending on the situation.

You can postpone your photo-shoot until two weeks before the shoot without losing your non-refundable booking fee. However, an additional admin fee of $100, for the new date is required. There will be no refund for any reason after this time. However, there is a non-refundable policy for cancellation.

Memoirs of a Muse reserves the right to postpone the photo-shoot and reschedule caused by weather conditions

You sure can! You will have your own bathroom for the day, we provide towels, shower gel, hairdryer, bathrobe, shampoo. All you need to worry about prior to your photoshoot is your outfits. Everything else is taking care of.

In 12 years, we have never used a professional model for our shoot and portfolio. All the ladies you see on your Instagram, Facebook, and websites are not models. They all come from different walks of life, different shapes, and sizes, different stories, different levels of confidence in water, different levels of confidence in their body. One common factor they all have in common, is they all want to feel beautiful. Through our guidance, expertise, and fun, we will prove to you that you are as beautiful and capable than any other women. Who you are is enough!
